Full Job Description
Provide professional and timely service to customers regarding warranty claims. Retain the ability to manage multiple primary duties simultaneously. Research, monitor, and coordinate fleet management vehicles. Coordinate logistics services provided by Lift Power's Transportation Department, ensuring all records are accurate and D.O.T. compliant.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims
- Document, track, and review warranty claim resolutions
- Identify, organize and prepare warranty parts for return to manufacturer
- Source LPI Vehicle repairs and process sublet billing for LPI vehicle invoices
- Dispatch all company transportation drivers
- Review driver’s daily logs for ELD compliance
- Coordinate scrap battery loads and maintain accurate records for EPA compliance
- Keep assets and driver profiles updated
- Track vehicle maintenance and repair costs
- Provide driver scores for reviews
- Create and process purchase orders
- Apply for Vehicle registrations and permits and maintain D.O.T compliance
- Work closely with safety manager, service leadership and dispatchers
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Keying skills
- Ability to determine if work is a potential warranty
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods frequently
- Ability to work well in a team environment; works well with others to serve external and internal customers
- Safety oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
