With a focus on the Four Pillars of Optimal Health—exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management—we are committed to enhancing the client experience through our passionate and highly trained professionals. Celebrating our 20-year anniversary, we are eager to expand our Front Desk Team.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our Physical Therapy, Wellness, Client Success, and Billing Teams. We seek an enthusiastic, client-service-oriented individual who is as passionate about health and wellness as we are. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a positive client experience, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and managing phone and email communications.
  • Acting as an ambassador for Performance Optimal Health, knowledgeable in our services and offerings.
  • Executing administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management.
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and managing client records within our EMR System.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Supporting cross-department communication and teamwork.
  • Completing additional related tasks as necessary.

  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent listening skills and administrative expertise.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive as a self-starter.
  • Competence in managing multiple tasks with grace and confidence.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Mindbody Online or EMR Systems.
  • Skills in calendar management and coordination.
