Game Coordinator

This is a part-time on-site role for a Game Coordinator at Bounce and Blast in Longwood, FL. The Game Coordinator will participate in the delivery and setup of rental items including inflatable bounce houses and slides, tents, chairs, tables, fans, and generators. The Game Coordinator will have the option to also train on running active games (Laser tag, arrow tag, nerf, water tag, and gel blasters) at parties and events. They will also participate in cleaning and restocking rental items after their use.

Requirements

• Knowledge of setup inflatable bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses is a plus, but not required (training is available)
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings (schedule is not set and is availability-based, must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts/month, 3 of which must be on weekend days)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in towing trailers is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in coordinating and organizing activities is a plus
• Familiarity with active games such as laser tag, arrow tag, nerf, water tag, and gel blasters is a plus
