As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential SMB clients, identifying their needs, and presenting the value of Worth AI's solutions and close deals. You will leverage your strong communication skills and persuasive abilities to build relationships with clients and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential SMB clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' pain points and challenges.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM software (Hubspot).
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or Sales Development Representative, preferably in the computer software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in SMB sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Understanding of AI and its applications in the business world
- Prior experience in lead generation and qualification.
- Self-driven and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to effectively communicate the value of products and solutions to clients.
- Strong closing skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
