Aviation Parts Executive is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with clients and helping them find the aviation parts they need. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: 8AM-6PM hours with required availability for key customer appointments
Job Type: Full-time
Work location: In-Person
Salary: $17/hour for the first 6 months, then $15/hour pay plus commission
Language Requirements: ENGLISH & SPANISH OR PORTUGUESE

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aviation or automotive industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
• High level of motivation and a results-driven approach
• Knowledge of aviation parts and industry trends is a plus
• Willingness to travel if necessary to meet client needs
Manage and grow customer accounts within your territory.
Run customer meetings providing business solutions to customers across all industries.
Provide legendary customer service with the help of our sales support team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Responsibilities
• Actively promote and sell aviation parts to new and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
• Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share
• Follow up on leads and referrals, and maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
