Job Summary:
The IT Operations Support is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and processes, and providing administrative support.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· None.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Provides technical support to customers and staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
· Monitors system performance and ensures that all systems and processes are running efficiently.
· Installs and configures hardware, software, and networks.
· Performs system maintenance tasks, including system upgrades and patches.
· Creates and maintains user accounts and access levels.
· Monitors network security and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
· Generates reports, analyzes data, and documents processes.
· Provides administrative support to staff as needed.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Thorough understanding of technology, software, and hardware.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Proficient with or able to quickly learn the software and applications used in the organization and the industry.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field required.
· At least 2 years of IT operations support experience.
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
