Lead Recruiter

OneTouch Direct is a premier provider of contact center solutions, dedicated to serving our Fortune 500 clients with exceptional service and products. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Recruiter to join our dynamic team and drive our recruitment initiatives.

• Oversee the full cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Develop, implement, and refine recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels.
• Lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure recruitment goals are met.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic consultation on talent acquisition.
• Conduct interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and analytics to track hiring metrics and provide insights into the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Foster relationships with external partners, job boards, and community organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in a leadership role
• Expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and assessing candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience with ATS
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a recruitment team
• Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
