As a Lead Tile Installer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing high-quality tile installations for our high-end residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of tile installers to ensure efficient project execution
• Coordinate with Senior Project Manager and clients to determine project specifications and requirements
• Prepare and plan tile installation projects, including layout and design
• Install a wide variety of tile and stone materials, following industry standards and best practices
• Ensure quality control and perform inspections to ensure work meets company standards
• Manage inventory and order materials as needed

Requirements

Lead Tile Installer Qualifications:

• Current resident of Sarasota/Bradenton area highly preferred
• Proven professional experience as a Lead Tile Installer
• Extensive knowledge of tile installation techniques, including layout, cutting, and grouting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans
• Strong leadership and English communication skills - Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
