The Lake Doctors, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our stakeholder acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer & employee engagement, and support sales growth. This is a pivotal role that requires creativity, leadership, and an eager desire to significantly impact the aquatic management industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and market expansion.
  • Coordinate and oversee all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, handouts, and other marketing collateral, such as truck design, uniforms, tradeshow booths, and business cards.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media channels, online store, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support customer & employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee public relations efforts, including community engagement, outreach, and charitable giving activities.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the environmental, landscape, or aquatic management sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools; Instagram, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Shopify experience a huge plus.
  • Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and managing brand messaging.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Strong creative skills and experience managing a project.
  • Ability to analyze market research data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; experience creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software and basic design principles is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
  • Passion for the outdoors preferred.

Restrictions:

  • Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License with clean record.
  • Full Time only.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • We perform background checks, motor vehicle record checks and drug screening.
  • Work Remotely on a limited basis (1-2 days a week).
