An established estate planning firm is experiencing substantial growth and is seeking committed professionals to join our team as Member Plan Coordinator.
The Member Plan Coordinator is responsible for the administration of all new business documents. They conduct quality reviews of all documents before being sent for execution and help administer change requests. They are also the point of contact for our network attorneys.
This is an IN OFFICE position
LOCATION: 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL 34201 (Conveniently located behind the BJs at UTC, exit 213)
Responsibilities:
- Reviews network attorney document submissions for Estate Plans & Amendments.
- Coordinates all documentation to complete an estate plan binder.
- Coordinates Amendment documents, mailing to member or agent.
- Works directly with network attorneys to assist with framework review, all document submission.
- Provide spreadsheet of estate plan and document submissions weekly.
- Assist agents with questions during estate plan delivery, amendment submissions and review appointment discoveries.
- Assist with tax statement and deed document retrieval knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with customer service and support.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Ability to work under deadlines while being detail-oriented.
- Stellar work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Paralegal degree or certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in plan coordination or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software systems.
- Prior legal and/or insurance administration experience is helpful.
