- Training Time: 11:00AM – 7:30PM EST, Monday - Friday (2 weeks training, 1 week nesting)
- Location: 8517 South Park Circle Building C, Suit 400 Orlando, Florida 32819
As a Tier I Customer Care Call Center Representative you will seek to create a positive experience for each caller. - You will be listening to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response which would include initiating benefits, cancelling the protection, and/or answering questions related to a benefit.
Requirements
- 1 year Customer service experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Writes clearly, concisely and effectively
- Punctuality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Committed to providing superior customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Tasks requires judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
