Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic individual who to join our executive team and establish transformative relationships with department stakeholders to affect positive change. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication, streamlining decision-making processes, and executing critical initiatives. Over time this role will absorb additional responsibilities and become an integral part of the management team. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

Requirements

  • Team Leadership: Coordinate various departments as needed including HR, operations, sales, marketing, customer care, etc. Serve as a communication liaison on critical projects requiring cross-functional coordination.
  • Process Monitoring and Improvement: Monitoring key performance indicators to track the performance of operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that services meet quality standards by implementing quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualities

  • Strong professional writing skills.
  • Business acumen and confident verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.  
  • Experience communicating with team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience.
  • Positive, enthusiastic outlook about solving problems and business improvement.
  • Technical ability and background or interest is preferred.

Skills

  • Proficient use of MS Office Products.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, reading), active listening, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented nature with a common-sense approach to problem-solving.
