Olympus Home is a roofing and solar company based in the Upstate of SC with branches in Myrtle Beach SC and Orlando Fl. We take time training our sales reps and provide them the tools to be as successful as they can possibly be in the field. What you will be doing:
- As a roofing sales representative, your primary responsibility is to generate leads and close sales for roofing products and services aimed at homeowners. Your duties may include:
- Prospecting: You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients and markets to target, including homeowners in your designated sales territory.
- Roof Inspections: You will inspect roofs for any type of storm related damage such as hail and wind. Once damage is found you will assist the homeowner in filing an insurance claim and work with adjusters to get the roof replaced.
- Sales Presentations: You will conduct presentations and demonstrations of roofing products and services, highlighting the benefits and features of each option, to potential clients in their homes.
- Relationship Building: You will develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring that you stay top-of-mind and that their needs are met.
- Quoting: You will prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients, detailing the scope of work, pricing, and timelines for completing the project.
- Negotiation: You will negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring that the final agreement is fair and satisfactory to all parties.
- Closing Sales: You will close sales by obtaining signed contracts and collecting deposits, ensuring that all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring that they are satisfied with the final result.
- Reporting: You will be responsible for providing regular reports on your sales activities, including tracking leads, sales, and conversion rates, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Overall, your goal as a residential roofing sales representative is to generate revenue for the company and build long-lasting relationships with homeowners in your sales territory, ensuring that they turn to your company for all of their roofing needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are a key to driving success
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
- No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience required; extensive training is provided
- Must have a valid Drivers License, a cellphone and not be afraid of heights (part of the job involves getting up on roofs)
