Full-time Physical Therapist

We invite a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our energetic team. In this role, you will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and implement rehabilitation programs to help patients achieve their goals. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive support, ensuring that patient care remains at the forefront of our services. Salary: $90,000-$120,000 a year (depending on experience) plus full benefits

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm

Types of Patients: Adults

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
• Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
• Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
• Works with the referring physician for individual needs
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
