Full-time Physical Therapist

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs designed to help patients meet their rehabilitation objectives. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive care that prioritizes patient needs. Salary: $90,000-$120,000 a year (depending on experience) plus full benefits

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm

Types of Patients: Adults

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
• Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
• Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
• Works with the referring physician for individual needs
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
