We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst based out of our local Palm Beach / Ft. Lauderdale offices. The role entails a combination of data analysis, market research, and operational strategy with a focus on residential new development within South Florida and other key Florida markets. The ideal candidate will support the team in delivering critical insights and guidance to ONE SIR clients based on timely and accurate market intelligence. This role offers rare exposure to exceptional development professionals, real estate visionaries and participation in the predevelopment of residential and mixed-use new developments.
Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Analysis
· Conduct thorough market research and analysis on various real estate markets in South Florida.
· Collect and organize property data from a variety of public and proprietary sources
· Compile and present detailed reports on market trends, pricing, competition, and other relevant data.
· Perform data analysis and reporting for use in client as well as internal deliverables
· Assist in project programming (unit mix, demising, floorplan review, etc.) based upon market analysis and research.
- Identify and conduct due diligence on development sites, including zoning and legal considerations.
· Monitor and report on industry developments, economic factors, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market.
· Join team members on site visits and meetings to gain instrumental exposure to various disciplines within the development process
· Work collaboratively with Senior Management to maximize research capabilities and capacities.
Operational Tasks
- Manage and process contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with legal teams, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution.
- Maintain organized records of all due diligence and contract documentation.
- Continuously assess and improve system processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
· Strong interest in the Florida real estate market; familiarity with residential development
· Working knowledge of real estate sales, economic, and development concepts
· Ability to work in professional, team-based environment with minimal supervision
· Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
· Demonstrated communication and problem-solving abilities
· Ability or interest in performing quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel
· Experience with customer relationship management platforms and various database systems preferred
· Master’s in real estate or real estate development preferred
