Your Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Scanning and electronically filing incoming documents.
- Supporting attorneys and team members with administrative tasks.
- Assisting paralegals with correspondence, organizing case files, and preparing legal documents under attorney supervision.
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Experience: 2+ years in a receptionist/assistant role within a legal or professional office.
- Customer Service: 2+ years of experience providing exceptional client care.
- Skills: Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, and empathetic listening.
- Professionalism: Polished appearance and conduct.
- Education: Minimum Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
