About This Opportunity:

We’re seeking leaders who are willing and able to acclimate themselves to our sales process, develop product expertise, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal fit for this role is someone who understands that the best way to inspire and mentor a team is by mastering the ins and outs of the field themselves. Once you’ve demonstrated success as a Sales Representative in your market, you’ll be promoted to Regional Sales Manager where you’ll motivate, coach, and lead a team.

What You'll Do:

  • Meet with homeowners at their residences to provide in-depth product knowledge on our impact windows and doors.
  • Assess each customer’s unique needs, offering tailored solutions that maximize the value of our products for their home security.
  • As a closer, bring the confidence and commitment to hit and exceed sales targets, setting a strong foundation for leadership.

Requirements

  • Commitment to following Florida Window and Doors training process, ensuring consistency and alignment with our sales methods.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of success with in-home sales, showcasing your ability to achieve and exceed targets. 
  • Strong emotional intelligence to understand and navigate various interpersonal dynamics, both within the sales team and in customer interactions.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Highest level of customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
