Job Duties and Requirements:
- Create dynamic retail visual displays through color and style stories
- Transition documents provided by the floor monthly
- Provide support to sales staff when needed
- Must be tech-savvy and self-motivated.
- Enter and monitor orders are utilizing the retail point of sale system.
- Must have an eye for color, design, analytics, and home furnishings knowledge.
- Create dynamic visual displays on our showroom sales floor.
- Manage the flow of showroom stock from the delivery point to the showroom floor.
- Read and interpret a variety of diagrams and floor plans.
- Design and create dynamic furniture displays using color, space planning, and accessories.
- Strong will to maintain merchandising standards and design skills.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing upkeep of the team’s design portfolio.
- Frequent lifting, use of ladders, and other equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Ability and willingness to learn and work as a team.
