Our flagship project, Brickell City Centre, is a state-of-the-art retail shopping center located in the heart of Miami’s vibrant Brickell district. We are dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our visitors and tenants, and we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Brickell City Centre.

Job Summary

The Retail Marketing Coordinator at Brickell City Centre will support the Retail Marketing Department in the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns, organizing event programming, and collaborating with retailers and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a background in retail marketing, creativity, and excellent project management skills to effectively contribute to the success of Brickell City Centre’s marketing efforts and elevated brand presence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of new retail-focused programs to enhance BCC’s positioning within the marketplace, drive traffic, sales and incremental revenue.
  • Participate in all retail-related meetings as appropriate, including internal, cross-departmental, partner-inclusive and tenant-facing and drive assigned action items as directed.
  • Work closely with appropriate team members and departments in planning and coordination of retail events and activations for BCC; including assisting with vendor tours of event spaces, walk-throughs, event coordination, check-in, set-up, work orders, insurance submissions, logistics, and event day staffing etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for retailers and tenants, providing marketing support as directed.
  • Coordinate and gather information for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with PR agency on marketing initiatives, including FAM trip coordination, media visits, influencer partnerships, etc.
  • Assist in managing budgets, processing invoices, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Solicit vendor quotations and orders.
  • Maintain and update retail inventory list including collateral, and items post events.
  • Create, develop, or update decks/presentations and implement department templates, scope sheets, new processes as directed.
  • Ensure and complete retail procurement processes and audit procedures are followed, and organization of retail vendor contracts.
  • Partner closely with digital team on social media and digital marketing efforts to support retail initiatives and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with graphic designer to ensure timely delivery of marketing creative materials.
  • Assist in compiling and build out of recaps to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs.
  • Support community outreach and brand partnerships that align with the Brickell City Centre brand and objectives.
  • Build and maintain tenant relations with new and existing brands.  
  • Support industry research initiatives to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide support with additional tasks as needed to support the overall retail marketing strategy and goals.

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Marketing or relevant professional qualifications
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in marketing, retail, or real estate
  • Able to work well with creative agencies and third party alliances
  • Well versed with market situation and able to react promptly with tactics
  • Resourceful, willing to take initiative and prepared to work under pressure
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, independent and diligent
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Spanish would be an advantage
  • Strong grasp of business etiquette, and computer literacy
  • Active on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Ability to work off-hours, and at weekend and evening events
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and financial processes
