Job Description:

As a SaaS Sales / Account Executive at ActiveBench, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential staffing companies and partners. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team quotas
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals
  • Conduct virtual demonstrations and presentations of the ActiveBench platform to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close contracts while managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new clients
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reports to management
  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 3+ years) in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the staffing or HR tech industry
  • ATS expertise, ideally with Bullhorn or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry, its challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and trade shows
  • CRM expertise, ideally with FreshSales, HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
