Full Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Director; High-Ticket Coaching Industry (b2C) with5-10 years managing high-performance teams of sales reps (setters and closers) who will also intially be responsible for selling.

Since 2018, we've been empowering our clients to achieve personal, professional, and financial success through strategic career growth.

Our Sales Manager/Director will lead our team to new heights to exponentially drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5+ sales reps, ranging from newcomers to high performers, focused on selling consumer coaching packages/services that range from $5k-$10k+ in deal size.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and 1:1s with team members and performed call reviews.
  • Onboard and train new sales reps, ensuring they quickly become productive team members.
  • Actively participate in closing your own sales calls during the ramp-up period to learn and master our product.
  • Strategically lead process improvements over time that directly result in improved performance.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds projections, increases conversions, and improves closing time.
  • Provide daily support for sales associates, aiding in objection handling and closing.
  • Drive performance through effective people management, including performance reviews, recognition, and rewards.

Requirements

  • 8 - 10 years of sales management experience
  • Experience hiring, training, and transforming sales teams, driving multiple millions in revenue
  • Ability to walk in and ramp quickly
  • Proven success as a top-performing individual contributor in a B2C sales role
  • Total commitment to excellence at all levels
  • Polished, professional, organized demeanor
  • Player/coach mindset
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams, with both new and experienced reps.
  • Experience in the high-ticket online sales world is a MUST
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, with occasional travel for leadership meetings, training, team-building
  • Hands-on leadership style, comfortable making dials and closing deals alongside your team

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Grant Cardone's brand and related sales philosophies.
  • Knowledge of sales philosophies from online high-ticket coaching and consulting, including familiarity with training programs by Jeremy Miner, Cole Gordon, Andy Elliot, etc.
