Staff Physical Therapist

An orthopedic outpatient facility is in need of a full-time physical therapist.

In order to help patients restore their complete range of motion, we are now searching for a dedicated, full-time physical therapist to work with them as a valued companion. Providing the highest quality of life and range of mobility in various circumstances, including intervention, treatment, diagnosis, prevention, and rehabilitation, will be one of your duties. Join our group of physical therapists as we strive to give our patients the finest service possible. Physical therapists proudly oversee our outpatient clinic, which mostly provides care to clients with private health insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and address patients' goals and requirements effectively.
• Manage a patient caseload of 1 individual per hour.
• Possess relevant experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Provide cost-effective treatments that contribute to improving clients' range of motion and mobility.
• Reduce reliance on medications and explore alternatives to surgical procedures.
• Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating various treatment techniques.
• Design tailored fitness and wellness programs to meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on evidence and proven interventions.
• Motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functioning.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication.
• Thoroughly document patient care services provided.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• License as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques.
• Proficient in designing and implementing exercise programs.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR Software like WebPT.
