Full Job Description
WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking Training and Exercise Planners to support program management, strategic planning, operational support, OCONUS logistics, and training exercises for USSOUTHCOM.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and assist in the development of curriculum, providing in-person training, and advisory support specific to USSOUTHCOM mission demands.
- Assist with the conducting assessments and gap analyses of USSOUTHCOM and mission partners capabilities and capacity.
- Provide Mobile Training Teams on a variety of topics such as reconnaissance, maneuvers, humanitarian assistance, disaster and emergency relief, and logistics focused training.
- Develop SOPs for delivery of training courses.
- Conduct AARs and Lessons Learned for each training event.
- Conduct training in local languages (Spanish/Portuguese).
- Assist with the development of exercise goals, objectives, and supporting products.
- Plan, synchronize, and participate in JELC events, in order to support theater exercises and engagements with USSOUTHCOM and mission partners.
- Develop subject-matter-specific Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) injects, objectives, scenarios, events, and vignettes.
- Assist with conducting the white cell and acting as controller participants.
- Develop Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and conduct reviews, summarizing the MOE and MOP, and document lessons learned.
This position is contingent on award.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Current, active Secret security clearance.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in exercise and scenario design and management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience conducting joint and coalition operations and training.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Service, SOF, and Joint doctrine, planning, operations, training, and exercises.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Current, active Top Secret security clearance.
- Minimum 3 years conducting senior leadership level CPX/TTX and exercise support functions.
- Minimum 3 years conducting tactical level mobile training to partner forces.
- Basic proficiency in Spanish.
- USSOCOM or TSOC experience.
