We are seeking a talented and creative Web Poster with Graphic Design and Web Development skills to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for visually engaging content, a keen eye for design, web development capabilities, and a knack for social media, we want to hear from you. This role combines your web posting, graphic design, and web development talents to help us create compelling digital content that resonates with our audience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visuals for web and social media platforms using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop.
- Develop and maintain web pages, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Create and curate content for our social media channels, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and branding.
- Schedule and post content on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaigns that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Monitor engagement and analytics, and adjust content strategies to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design, web development, and social media best practices
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript(a plus).
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize web content.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to create engaging social media posts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent branding across platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) a plus.
- Prior experience in web design, social media management, or a related role preferred.
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
