Full Job Description

ProArch is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive for Cloud & Infra, you will be responsible for driving new business, focusing on our cloud and infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and present solutions that align with their business objectives. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in the cloud and infrastructure space.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Proactively identify and engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Present ProArch's cloud and infrastructure solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries and requests for proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline and metrics, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client retention.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, including Azure, M365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI, to drive customer modernization initiatives securely and efficiently. 
  • Demonstrate a successful sales track record, with evidence of closing business  

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, ideally in the cloud and infrastructure solution.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of Microsoft's product ecosystem. 
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure services, and related technologies.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging and persuading with client
  • A relentless learner, open to continually adapting and acquiring new certifications and knowledge. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields; further education or certifications in Microsoft products highly regarded. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
