Hal N. Arnold, D.M.D., M.S., Esthetic & Implant Dentistry is an established dental practice with a tremendous reputation for quality patient care is seeking a part time General Dentist (3 days a week) with a strong restorative skillset (crown and bridge, veneers, inlays, onlays) to complement Dr. Arnold’s highly reputable prosthodontics practice. You will benefit from a family-oriented, friendly staff and team-oriented group of providers and support staff in a practice equipped with modern technology and equipment (digital scanner, intra-oral cameras, cloud-based PMS and imaging system) to enable you to perform your best.
Requirements
- Patient Examination and Management: work with an established team of dental practice professionals to deliver excellent care to your patients including but not limited to: implants, extractions, fillings, indirect and direct restorations, endodontics, fixed and removable prostheses, Invisalign, sleep apnea treatment. Develop a relationship with patients and present treatment needs with confidence by clearly articulating the benefits of treatment and risks associated with forgoing it, while ensuring patient comfort and trust.
- Office Management: manage staff assignments and activities in accordance with licensure, office policy and applicable laws. Develop and maintain a partnership with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth clinical and administrative operations. Consistently expand team’s knowledge base and utilization of practice's equipment and software as well as practice management best practices.
- Staff Management: In coordination with the Practice Manager, recruit, interview and select staff members. Help resolve employee relations issues and maintain a drama free workplace. Actively engage with the team and participate in huddles and staff meetings.
- Practice Promotion through deep awareness of the practice mission, its long-term success plan and its short-term goals. Engage with the community and maintain good relationships with other local professionals.
- Compliance: Stay up to date on all compliance, safety and licensure training and requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive treatment plans that are accepted by patients.
- Deep and broad knowledge and experience base across dental procedures.
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD program and licensed to practice in the state.
- 3 or more years of experience required.
- Registered and in good standing with state licensing agencies.
- Valid CPR certification.
