Full Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and engage with facilities and organizations in the clinical laboratory sector to establish partnerships that foster long-term business development
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing and communication teams and researchers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for partnership and develop proposals to secure revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives, including product launches, content creation, event sponsorships and more
- Manage and track partnership metrics including engagement, reach and revenue generation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA is preferred
- 3+ years experience in IVD or medical device-related industry
- Experience in developing sales processes and continuously maintaining pipelines
- Experience in IVD sales or some biopharma application sales
- Knowledge of sales in relation to manufacturing businesses, distribution relationships, white label, production, etc.
- Data-backed track record of success in sales
- Background in Biology/Immunology or Biotechnology field (Highly Preferred)
- Speak Multiple Languages (Bonus)
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time including occasional weekends and international travel
