Corporate Controller
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the SVP, Accounting Operations.
We are looking for an experienced Controller to manage the day-to-day accounting operations for PacketFabric and all related subsidiaries.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Supervise accounting department employees (team 10+ employees)
- Oversight all functions (AR, AP, GL, Consolidations, reporting)
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- Guidance regarding GAAP & technical accounting standards
- Implement Internal controls and maintain financial policies & procedures
- Build the department to support IPO & Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for late 2025
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Proven experience as a Controller (5+ years of solid controller experience)
- BS in Accounting
- CPA, CFA or CMA certification preferred
- Proficient in ERP systems – Netsuite a + & integration of accounting systems
- Experience with consolidations of multiple subsidiaries & foreign currency transactions
- SEC reporting experience a +
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial information
