Colony Square Dental Associates, a patient-centered dental practice providing comprehensive care for over 25 years in Midtown Atlanta, is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Operator to join our team. Our renowned dentists, Drs. Hochberg and Friedman, have built a reputation for exceptional patient care, offering services such as tooth-colored fillings, crowns, dental implants, and veneers. Dr. Hochberg, an alumnus of Emory University School of Dentistry, founded the practice in 1986 and specializes in implant dentistry. Dr. Friedman, who joined the practice in 2007 and trained at New York University College of Dentistry, brings cutting-edge cosmetic techniques to enhance our patients' smiles. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting our operations by managing and accurately inputting patient data into our systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow that contributes to our commitment to exceptional dental care. Responsibilities
- Accurately input patient data into the dental management system.
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in the organization and management of electronic and paper files.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
- Collaborate with front desk staff to resolve any discrepancies in patient information.
- Support the dental team in scheduling appointments and managing patient communications.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or data entry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dental management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
