COMPANY: Join a leading automotive company offering competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. We are currently hiring for various maintenance positions at our Georgia facility.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 to 15 years of automotive manufacturing work experience in a plant in one of these departments: weld shop, paint shop, general assembly or stamping
- 5 to 15 years of equipment maintenance work experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC-based automation equipment. AB PLC program and control circuit experience.
- Maintenance career in major automotive manufacturers
- PLC / ROBOT MAINTENANCE EXPERINCE: Allen Bradley, Fanuc , Yaskawa, Kawasaki, Kuka
- Paint & sealer system maintenance experience (Graco, Sames, etc.)
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems drawings and specifications.
- Develop detail action plan to meet shop wise maintenance index. (Downtime, PM Plan & Actual, Equipment monitoring system, Equipment improvements, Safety/Environmental etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- For leadership roles: supervising a crew of multi-craft maintenance technicians or current Maintenance Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate, monitor, and perform technical processes related to equipment maintenance in specific departments (Stamping, Welding, Painting, General Assembly).
- Report task statuses and develop action plans to meet maintenance goals.
- Prepare training plans for team members and execute annual operation plans.
- Support managers in fostering teamwork and analyzing downtime for improvement.
