Full Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Serves existing and new accounts by diagnosing, servicing and repairing forklift trucks
- Conducting tests and resolving problems
- Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts and completing installations
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions and suggesting improved methods and techniques
- Keeps personal and company equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance and calling in repairs
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports and logs
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of internal combustion engines (Gas, LPG and Diesel)
- Basic understanding of electricity and hydraulics
- Equipment Maintenance
- Analyzing information
- Requires a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clear motor vehicle report
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Quality Focus
- Results Driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer Relations skills
- Must acquire own tools
