Slip Robotics is seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead and scale our product strategy and execution. This role is crucial in driving the development and success of our solutions, ensuring alignment with market demands and our company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Slip Robotics' vision, market trends, and customer needs.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the robotics industry.
- Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Customer Focus: Advocate for customer needs and ensure that product development is customer-centric, addressing pain points and enhancing user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Roadmap Management: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- KPIs and Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with 5 years in a leadership role within the robotics or related technology industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Skills: Strong understanding of robotics technology, market dynamics, and customer needs. Proven track record of launching successful products.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.
Customer-Centric: Passion for understanding and solving customer problems. Experience with user-centered design and customer feedback loops.
