Responsibilities

• Manage and process all HR operations linked to the employee lifecycle
• Process and manage payroll with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, in collaboration with any external payroll providers
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
• Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment
• Ensure employee and HR-related company records are updated accurately through Exotec's dedicated (Workday)
• Utilize Workday to run routine and ad-hoc reports
• Draft HR related legal documents, including employment contracts and agreements
• Support People and management team by contributing to local HR policies, with a special focus on compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or legal compliance roles

• Strong knowledge of federal and local labor and compliance regulations
• HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
