We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Plumbing Consultant to join our team at Superior Contracting & Maintenance. As a Licensed Plumbing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert plumbing advice and solutions to our clients. As a Plumbing Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of plumbing projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct plumbing inspections and assessments
- Provide recommendations for repair, replacement, or renovation of plumbing systems
- Create detailed project plans and cost estimates
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure project requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with current building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and provide guidance and support to project teams
Requirements
- Active plumbing license with the State of Georgia
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and their components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- Currently living in the US
