We seek a highly motivated, organized, proactive team member to join Firmspace Atlanta as our Membership Manager.
This individual fosters new memberships while collaborating with our Operations/Hospitality, Marketing, and Finance teams to successfully hit revenue and occupancy goals, execute recruitment and brand awareness initiatives, maintain smooth SOPs, and build genuine relationships with our members and local partners.
This position reports to the VP of Sales and Development.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
- Maximize member occupancy in private office suites via tours, third-party lead generation websites, and organic recruitment efforts.
- Grow virtual memberships, day office use, and conference room bookings.
- Curate and promote a distinctive, professional, service-oriented business space that aligns with the Firmspace brand.
- Collaborate with location teammate to maintain successful member retention rates.
- Contribute to overall company success by actively sharing ideas and experiences.
- Serve as an enthusiastic advocate for Firmspace’s mission, vision, and values while contributing to company culture in a healthy, inspirational, and team-oriented manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Membership Management (On-Site + Off-Site)
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for generating new business and profitable sales revenue growth.
- Help manage the sales process to drive new business and growth with existing members.
- Maintain data in company CRM and other channels.
- Conduct member onboarding and offboarding, including: office preps and resets, communications and logistics.
- Conduct lead-generation activities: in-house events, cold calling, B2B engagement, broker outreach, and networking.
- Develop value-added partnerships to enhance membership perks and retention.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on new recruitment tactics.
- Work with the Finance team on monthly bill run reviews to ensure the accuracy of invoices, contracts, and membership plans.
- Submit monthly expense reports accurately and on time.
- Manage event space inquiries to increase location revenue.
- Help to oversee conference room and day office bookings to encourage repeat business and new memberships.
Reception + Member Care (On-Site)
- Collaborate with location teammate to enhance member and guest experiences.
- Ensure consistent front desk staff presence.
- Maintain high-end presentation of space and amenities.
- Provide front desk support: phone answering, guest greeting, notary services, conference room bookings, package handling, guest/delivery notifications, and parking validation.
- Build professional relationships with members and guests; field & resolve member suggestions, concerns, and issues.
- Ensure members follow Firmspace policies.
- Serve as a POC for vendors and building management.

Experience and Qualifications
- Some experience in sales, retail, and customer service; 1+ years of hospitality or event experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Must haves: Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, love and proficiency for multitasking, impressive attention to detail, passion for entrepreneurial communities and fast-paced environments.
- Compatibility with Firmspace culture via strong integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, teamwork, and empathy; commitment to the organization's mission, vision, values, and company culture.
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts ranging from basic to complex.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand programs/platforms for day-to-day operations. Knowledge of Google Suites database and CRM platforms (Zoho and OfficeRnD) a plus.
Managerial Responsibilities
This position co-manages the entirety of the space and its members on a team basis.
