Entegrity's Homecare Solutions is currently hiring LPN's, CNA's, and PCA's to join our compassionate and dedicated team. As part of our team, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Whether you are a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or a Personal Care Aide (PCA), your role will be crucial in ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Help with meal planning and preparation
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Requirements

Requirements:

• For LPN's: Valid LPN license and registration
• For CNA's: Valid CNA certification
• For PCA's: Meets training requirements in accordance with State and Federal laws
• Prior experience in a home care setting is preferred, but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and responsible
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
