About the team

Partnership Sales

At GBG Americas, our Partners team specializes in expanding and nurturing strategic alliances that drive mutual growth and innovation. The team is dedicated to forging strong relationships with key partners, focusing on collaborative efforts that enhance product offerings and market reach. Through strategic alignment, joint sales initiatives, and shared marketing efforts, the Partnership team ensure that both GBG IDology and its partners achieve their business objectives, leveraging industry expertise to navigate the complex landscape of digital identity, fraud prevention, and compliance solutions.

 

The Role

As part of the Americas GTM team, the Partner Success Coordinator focuses on nurturing and expanding our partnerships to drive mutual growth and success. Reporting to the VP of Sales Partnerships, this position plays a critical role in aligning our solutions with our partners’ strategic goals.

What you will do

  • Partner Relationship Support: Provide day-to-day support to ensure the success and satisfaction of our partners.
  • Communication Facilitator: Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, coordinating efforts to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Operational Assistance: Aid in the development and execution of strategies that drive partner growth and success, including event coordination and project management tasks.
  • Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of partner interactions and agreements in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Early career professionals who have a strong passion for developing and nurturing robust business relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with partners and internal teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Someone with a collaborative spirit, ready to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team dedicated to driving partner success.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and proficiency in data management, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to autonomously plan your workload and focus on the right priorities.
  • Good problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and meticulous in attention to detail
