About the role
Carbyne is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations Team. You are passionate about data, curious, and strive to be a trusted advisor to your business partners. As an analytical and resourceful problem solver and self-starter, you will use data and qualitative information to advise the commercial team manage the business.
In this role, you will primarily support our sales team and be building processes across all aspects of lead generation, deal flow, forecasting, and sales analysis.
Here’s what you’ll be working on
- Develop, track, and manage the forecast process, performance analysis, and metrics/KPIs to provide actionable insights and to drive sales efficiency
- Optimize the customer journey and sales cycle by developing and executing operational plans
- Proactively work with business leaders across departments to support business decisions, including growth/churn strategy, territory optimization.
- Assist in developing and communicating workflows and processes
- Help build Salesforce reports and dashboards based on business and leadership needs
- Provide accurate reporting for Weekly Deal Reviews
- Develop customer agreements with Sales, Leadership, Legal, and Finance assistance
- Participate in the RFP/customer solicitation process by working with company SMEs
- Assist with proposal content moderation in RFPIO or other content management tool
- Create and maintain all documentation related to CRM maintenance process (SOPs).
- Collaborate with internal resources to ensure reports are translated into actions, and results are monitored
- Work closely with the CSM and the sales teams on client requests and inquiries
- Continually seek opportunities for improving team performance through thoughtful examination of processes, technology systems/tools, and personnel
Requirements
- 2+ years in SaaS Sales Operations with a leading technology company
- Must reside in the Greater Atlanta area
- Comfortable working with Salesforce flows, formulas, custom views, reports and dashboards
- Experience with purchase order, contract management, and proposal management
- High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, fluency in Google applications and project management tools
- Great problem-solving and analysis skills, leadership skills, and ability to communicate well with a senior management team
- Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and process improvement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity
- Meticulous organizational skills and the capacity to manage many leads and opportunities
- Proactive, loves to help others, and excited by getting things done
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting law enforcement, first responders, and other government agencie
