We’re looking for Senior BDRs that want to push their skills to the next level by not just setting initial appointments, but also developing prospects further down the funnel. Fast career growth: By joining early in Amplio’s life, you have the opportunity to thoughtfully build our sales processes, and eventually, our sales teams. This position offers a fast track to moving into full-cycle sales and helping us scale the sales team.
What you’ll do:
- Execute cold outreach via telephone, email, and LinkedIn to prospects in order to generate initial interest in learning more about Amplio’s products and services.
- Develop early relationships with prospects to qualify them as valuable sales opportunities for Amplio and to start to convince them that we’re the best solution for their challenge.
- Pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives with a warm handoff that demonstrates Amplio’s professionalism and high-level execution.
- Be curious and thoughtful about our sales process, and work with the team to suggest improvements that will help you and the company perform better.
- Participate in team meetings about the company’s broader strategy, vision, and goals, and help us make better decisions by sharing your perspective built up from your work on the “front line” of sales.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications:
- Open mindedness and curiosity - startups by nature change more frequently than larger companies, and we’re no exception. We need everyone that joins Amplio to embrace the potential to strategize about their job and the company and to change them for the better.
- At least 1 year in a sales position with a demonstrated ability to turn cold prospects into warm opportunities, preferably with experience targeting supply chain professionals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or a similar CRM and the dedication to keep data updated, clean, and accurate.
- Top notch spoken and written communication skills, with a special emphasis on an engaging and curious style on the phone.
- Discipline to execute cold outbound sequences, primarily via phone, for at least 5 hours per day.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- At least 2 year in sales primarily targeting supply chain professionals.
