We are currently seeking a dedicated Survey Agent to join our team. In this role, you will gather valuable feedback from our clients to help shape our services and enhance the overall spa experience.

The Survey Agent will be responsible for conducting surveys and analyses that provide insights into customer experiences and satisfaction levels. Your input will be vital in enabling us to provide exceptional services tailored to our clients’ preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys with clients via phone or email to gather feedback about their experiences.
• Analyze and compile survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations based on client feedback to improve services.
• Maintain accurate records of survey responses and data.
• Communicate findings and suggestions to management in a clear and concise manner.
• Uphold the values of Spa Sydell, ensuring client confidentiality and professionalism.

Hours are flexible but may include evenings and weekends depending on client availability.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection and reporting.
• Ability to engage clients and encourage participation in surveys.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and survey tools.
• A background in customer service or research is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer feedback.
