Full Job Description

  • Assist with identifying, assessing, and recommending candidates for consideration
  • Manages TA processes with a mind toward crafting a high-quality candidate experience
  • Assist with the development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines, including military, college campus or university relations, etc.
  • Manage the recruitment cycle including requisition creation, job board posting, candidate sourcing, screening/interviewing, ongoing candidate communication, and tracking through the applicant tracking system.
  • Assists hiring managers with common TA questions and inquiries
  • Assist with providing candidates with information regarding corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment and culture
  • Acts in accordance with and promotes Lendmark’s best practices and procedures for recruitment and hiring, ensuring that hiring managers follow these procedures to enable stronger hires with less turnover
  • Participates in networking functions and career fairs to further develop candidate pipeline
  • Maintains compliance with policies as defined by the company, as well as State and Federal Laws, and with respect to confidentiality wherever necessary Manages all administrative employment activities to include new hires, onboarding, HR administration, system management and reporting
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all recruitment data by regularly auditing records, updating candidate information, and generating reports to support data-driven decision-making.  This would include: FTE Report, Open Requisition Report, New Hire Report, Candidate Tracker, VIP Tracker and other TA reports as assigned
  • Assist in maintaining training materials, training completion logs, standard operating procedures, and documentation related to recruitment processes and tools.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition as needed, such as employer branding efforts and establishing a recognizable Best in Class, “Employer of Choice” reputation for Lendmark, both internally and externally
  • Assist with recruiting efforts such as; diversity recruiting programs, campus recruiting efforts, and other national partnership recruitment campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Manages Company risk relative to position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3+ years of Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
  • 3+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or HRIS Systems
  • Knowledge of Fair Hiring Practices
  • Knowledge of I-9 & E-Verify requirements
  • Knowledge of Federal/State employment requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience recruiting for all organizational levels (entry level to C-Suite)
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Team player willing to pitch in wherever needed to get the job done
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
