Technical Support Specialist Needed
Location: On-site in two locations (North Georgia and East Alabama)
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Pay: $21-25/hour
We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide frontline IT support for employees. The role involves:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Managing user accounts and devices
- Supporting various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS)
- Maintaining computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Participating in on-call rotation (including after-hours and weekends)
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Help Desk or call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Apple device management
- Knowledge of networking, ITIL concepts, and business applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field (or equivalent experience)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
This is not a remote position. Candidate must be able to work on-site at both locations.
