We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers in person or virtually to sell full-time and dedicated architects and engineers
- Communicate the message on how our team of licensed and registered architects allows our clients to fill the void that exists in the Architectural and Engineering world today
- Update and maintain all current and potential clients in our CRM.
- Attend networking events as well as local, regional and national trade shows
- Set 5-10 meetings per week
- Close sales and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- College degree is preferred
- Previous sales experience selling for a BPO or selling to Architects and Engineers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organization skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
- Based in either Atlanta, GA or Tucson, AZ
Key Results
- Improve better rapport with potential clients for sales opportunities
- Schedule at least 5-10 client meetings per week
- Accelerate the sales cycle for closing deals
- Utilization of CRM System in the creation of reports and database
- Identify and source the best lead conversion channels
- Maintain an excellent customer service

- Own Desktop/Laptop
- Computer Processor: Intel I3/AMD Ryzen 3/MAC Intel I5
- RAM: At least 4GB of RAM (8GB is recommended) with sufficient hard disk space available
- Internet Connectivity: At least 20-25 Mbps and up wired Internet Connection
- Back-up Connections & Power Supply: USB sticks, hotspots, signal-based & wireless connections only for back-up
- Peripherals: Headset with noise-canceling feature
