With a focus on creating a welcoming and effective environment, we are looking for a visionary and strategic Vice President (VP) of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across our expanding locations.

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively differentiate Spa Sydell in the marketplace. This role requires a mix of creative vision and analytical prowess to ensure the brand resonates with our target audience and drives revenue.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target demographics.
  • Manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set marketing budget and KPIs.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners and public relations agencies.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
