Home Care - FT - One-on-One - Company Car - NA/CNA

Vivia at Ho'okele is growing and we are looking to add a few AWESOME caregivers to our amazing team.

Our Vivia Caregivers work full-time schedules, providing one-on-one care to clients within assigned "neighborhoods". We provide them use of a company car so they can reliably travel to their clients' homes and make sure they are supported by our Vivia RN team leaders and schedulers, so there is always someone there to assist them. We want to make sure our Vivia Caregivers have the tools and environment to do what they do best...care for our seniors.

Vivia Caregivers are CNAs and NAs who:

• Earn $22 PER HOUR*
• Work FULL TIME positions
• Work 40 HOURS weekly**
• Have CONSISTENT and STEADY SCHEDULES
• Are provided use of a COMPANY CAR
• Work DESIGNATED NEIGHBORHOODS
• Work ONE-ON-ONE with a CONSISTENT GROUP OF CLIENTS
• WORK CLOSELY and are SUPPORTED by a designated RN team leader and scheduler.
• Receive up to a $500 SIGNING BONUS.

*Vivia Assistants earn $21/hour during the 90 day probationary period during which orientation and on the job training takes place and then increases to $22/hour after successful completion of that probationary period.

** Except during some holidays

Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Providing medication reminders and monitor vital signs
• Documenting and reporting any changes in clients' condition to the care team
• Assisting clients with meal planning, preparation, and feeding, according to their dietary needs and preferences
• Helping clients with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment
• Other related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or certification showing completion of a Nursing Assistant (NA) program
• Current Valid Driver's License and current, clean Drivers abstract
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks, and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic CPR and First-Aid Certification (No Online CPR)
• Health Clearance / Physical Exam (within a year)
• Proof of 2-Step and current TB Clearance (within a year)
• COVID vaccinated (unless medical or religious exemption)
• Comfortable with technology
• Smartphone
• High School Diploma or equivalent
