Full Job Description
CTI is seeking an exceptional Intelligence Collection Orchestrator to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an Intelligence Collection Orchestrator at CTI, you will work closely with intelligence analysts, subject matter experts, and technology teams to develop and execute intelligence collection strategies and initiatives.
As the Intelligence Collection Orchestrator for the ABII program, you will support complex collection and dissemination of information obtained from multi-source intelligence that directly impacts national defense and global security.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and Execute collection operations and projects within assigned geographical and functional areas of responsibility across various intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and HUMINT.
- Support complex collection and dissemination of multi-source intelligence related to military conditions, trends, and forces.
- Develop appropriate collection methods for complex multi-source intelligence requirements, considering the unique requirements of each intelligence domain.
- Enable integrated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities by collecting, processing, exploiting, and disseminating accurate and timely information.
- Identify gaps in intelligence collection and recommend corrective actions to address those gaps.
- Translate information requirements into specific collection tasks.
- Collaborate with planners and operators to achieve objectives through a broad range of intelligence domains.
This position requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Requirements
Necessary Experience and Skills
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a military, civilian, and/or Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing collection plans, drafting collection requirements, and aiding the Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of collected data across the intelligence disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to work across the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense (DoD) to execute collection operations.
- Experience in multi-source intelligence disciplines
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a scientific or technical discipline.
- Must have an active U.S. government Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
- Must be willing and be able to pass a Counterintelligence Scope - CI Polygraph.
Beneficial Experience and Skills
- Familiarity with ABII and Joint Fires Network (JFN) program objectives.
- Experience working with INDOPACOM J2C.
- Regional expertise of the political and security dynamics within the INDOPACOM AOR.
