Are you ready to join a team passionate about building strong brands and making a difference in the advertising industry? Drake Cooper is seeking a dynamic human to join us as a ‘jack-of-all-trades’ Agency Coordinator to support our teams.
In this new role, as an Agency Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work across nearly all areas of the agency including account management, project management, strategy and analytics, new business, and more. It’s a great opportunity to learn all the ins and outs of an agency.
Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through will be critical in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Additionally, your strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships will be key in effectively communicating with various internal teams.
This position will report to the Executive Director of Operations but will work with many team leads across the agency.
Activities and Responsibilities may include:
- Assist account team with miscellaneous needs across their clients including scheduling and coordinating meetings, setting and QAing/Proofreading work
- Covering for vacations and leaves of absence, where appropriate
- Support various teams including strategy, analytics, creative, UX&T, and production by submitting “tickets” in our project management system
- Conducting baseline research for the strategy team
- Working with the Director of Marketing to manage Drake Cooper’s internal social media calendar
- Assist the Director of Marketing with new business presentations, as needed
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process ensuring new hire packets are provided
- Assist with agency events including our annual Summerfest and Winter party
Requirements:
- No previous agency experience is necessary, but an interest in advertising is!
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and information
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working with a variety of people regularly
- Learner mindset
