As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical trials, from planning to execution. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, patients, and other research staff to ensure the smooth operation of trials and the collection of accurate data. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you will act as the point of contact for study participants, providing them with detailed information about the trials and addressing any concerns they may have.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of clinical trials, including planning, recruitment, and administrative tasks
- Conduct screening interviews with potential study participants to assess their eligibility for trials
- Coordinate patient enrollment and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other research staff to ensure proper execution of trials
- Collect and record accurate data during trials, following established protocols and guidelines
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress throughout the trials, providing timely updates to the research team
- Maintain detailed records of trial operations, including patient files, consent forms, and regulatory documents
Requirements
- Previous experience in clinical research coordination is preferred
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using electronic data capture systems and other research software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
