Are you ready to make a big impact in the world of media? Drake Cooper is seeking an energetic and passionate Media Coordinator to join our media team, focusing on traditional media channels. This is your chance to shine and take charge of three crucial areas: media trafficking, media finance, and supporting media buying.

Responsibilities:

  • Media Trafficking: Be the mastermind behind the seamless delivery of media creatives to our partners. From captivating TV spots to engaging radio ads, stunning print and magazine visuals, and eye-catching outdoor creatives, you’ll ensure everything lands perfectly. Request and enforce receipt of proof of performance (via affidavits, screenshots, outdoor POPs, tearsheets, etc.)
  • Data Guru: Gather and analyze traditional media impression data, empowering our analytics team to make data-driven decisions.
  • Finance Whiz: Support our media finance function with client pre-billing and reconciliation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately.
  • Quality Assurance: You are the last check on assets that leave the agency and you will play a role in the pre and post-campaign QA process.
  • Project Management: Manage the media team's internal project tracking system (ClickUp) and work alongside project managers to ensure work is flowing smoothly.
